Strongmama classes are a combination of strength, light cardio (no jumping exercises), core/pelvic floor work and flexibility. Adopting the total body approach, we will focus on correcting any muscular imbalances in the body while strengthening both body and soul. Bring your baby along for a fun bonding hour of strong mama fitness.
this class can be done with or without baby.

This effective one-hour class with your buggy will also include fun partner and team work through functional cardio and strength building moves, using your body weight and resistance bands to give you a total body workout. Ending with a core and pelvic floor restore programme targeting those areas impacted by pregnancy. All levels of fitness are welcome and moves can be adapted to your level of fitness. 1 month unlimited buggy movers classes £89

This class is suitable during all stages of pregnancy, for all women regardless of fitness levels or previous injuries. It can be adapted to your needs and to your level of health and fitness.
This class is split into 4 key areas.
15 minutes of dynamic full body warm up.
15 minutes of upper body work.
15 minutes of lower body work.
15 minutes of core, pelvic floor , stretch and breathing work.

A fun and inspiring week of taster postnatal fitness classes and Nutritional advice. Please ensure you have had your 6 week postnatal check up or 12 week post cesarean. These classes will include core restore exercises, team building cardio & strength moves, stretching and relaxation to finish. You can even stay for a cuppa at the end to mingle with other mums(including myself a mummy of 2) while I answer some Nutrition questions you may have. Free Diastastis Recti (gap in your tummy muscles) assessments will also be available but allocated times must be booked prior to event.
