The Health and Fitness workshops are fun, engaging, motivating, and educating (with a lot of Irish humour thrown in for good luck).
I am an experienced Nutritionist, Personal Trainer and mum who understands the demands of both family and working life balance. I provide a wide range of one-two hour workshops discussing healthy eating, nutrition for life and workout programmes. There are also fun, interactive and informal drop-in sessions providing dietary advice, healthy cooking demos, goal setting techniques and recipe planners.
Packages can be designed around your needs including weight loss, strength training for women, understanding food labels, supporting fitness goals, managing stress through healthy eating and exercise, increasing energy and mental clarity at work.
