Including specific smaller amounts of Hiit cardio instead of long draining cardio giving you your time and energy back my lovely.   Taking into account your lifestyle, your goals, barriers and your motivators. Getting you results by working smarter not harder.

Central London women’s personal training

Central London women’s Personal training  takes place outdoors at portman street gardens just off Baker street. But if weather does not permit it can take place indoors on Seymour place just around the corner. Women’ personal training can be brought  to your home, workplace or local park. Live too far away? Not a problem as I can deliver sessions to you virtually.
