It is a time of huge hormonal shifts for many Women. If like myself you had kids in your late 30’s possibly into your 40’s it can mean a time of huge transition adjusting to life as a mum but also slapped in the face with all of these symptoms causing us to second guess our decisions and life overall.

History

I have over 15 years experience helping people achieve their beautiful goals around Nutrition, fitness and mindset . I also have walked in the shoes of many women including burn out, overwhelm, low body confidence and infertility.
