I am starting fertility treatment want to be in the best physical and mental shape so that I have the best chance of success. Michelle has been brilliant and very positive and supportive. She looked at my diet and made me a personalised plan with some great suggestions and recipes. It has given me the confidence to mindfully think about what I’m eating to make sure I nourish my body. I have dramatically cut down on processed sugar and have introduced more pulses and beans etc and am feeling really good. I consciously try and include a wide variety of foods throughout the day rather than just always eating the same things. Diet chances have also really improved my eczema. I’ve also upped my exercise as well and am feeling really positive. The changes I have made have had a knock-on effect on my family and we are all eating better. Thanks Michelle!
