I have trained with Michelle since 2012 when I was training for my first marathon and without her I would not have got through it especially as I had never run before and did not exercise much then. She helped me build the right muscle groups and is always motivational. Over the years working out with her, I really enjoy training now and it has become a big part of my life.
Michelle’s group classes are always fun and the time flies by even though she’s worked us hard.
I also highly recommend her as a nutritionist, she has often provided me with great nutrition advice especially training for long runs. Michelle is very passionate about all her clients and helps them achieve their goals. Thanks, Michelle, for putting up with me over the years 😊
