My story

Hello lovelies, I’m Michelle originally from Ireland but now I park myself in central London, a mum of 2 pre-schoolers, a bride to be (2021, oops now 2022) a Women’s Nutritionist & Personal trainer, and a red wine lover!

My passion is empowering women such as yourself through the noisy space of Nutrition and Fitness. Having experienced various fertility problems over the course of 5 years I embarked on a journey of self discovery absorbing everything I could find on the female body.

Learning how hormones, movement, and mindset influence 99% of what we want to achieve in our lives. It certainly did for me, becoming a proud mama bear in 2015.

My biggest AHA moment came when I realised I was not a small man !!! I was brought up in a small town in ireland, a teenager of the 90’s when roxette and Nirvana rocked the dance floors. Also a time when  from a young age I was taught that working hard all the time was the only way to succeed. Be like the boys and that was how the world worked. Having periods was not something we were brought up to be proud of. They were something to be hidden and not talked about. I still remember the mortification of going to a check out to buy tampons from a male worker.  I carried this attitude into my early thirties even after I had finished my Nutrition studies in Australia.  It wasn’t until my own personal  fertility issues, numerous miscarriages, low body confidence, and randomly(perhaps the universe telling me!) coming across my mentor Nicole Jardim that the pieces started coming together.  It set me off on a journey of self-discovery to optimise my own health, learning how to optimise my hormones, understanding the best movement for women NOT men and which  food specifically  can be the catalyst  to achieving what we want in life. It certainly changed mine! I’m a busy proud mummy of two, and I am passionate about passing this knowledge on to empower other women to achieve health & vitality in order to create Happy hormones, success and confidence in all areas of their lives.    There is no “one fix for all”, it’s simply about learning to work with your body, not against it! Which is why I turned my experience into supporting Women like you  whether you have cycles or not. Having moved back to ireland after 17 years in London I am now bringing period coaching and education to the south west of ireland. I guess the Universe again has brought me full circle back to where it all began… allowing me the opportunity to make sure no Women ever feels ashamed about their bodies and understandign how much power we have over our health, hormones, life .
