Good Nutrition plays a key role in achieving goals whether its weight loss, fertility concerns, or you just want to feel good in your own skin. I will work with you to implement realistic, measurable and achievable changes. 1-1 or online consultations, food diary analysis, understanding food labels, and employee Nutrition workshops for work and life.

Fitness

Do you love training within a group? Building friendships whilst all the buzz of a class environment? Then GPT may be the fit for you. Or maybe you prefer the individual attention and accountability that 1-1 Personal Training brings to the table. Packages available to suit all needs.

Pre and post natal

A fun way to bond with your baby, meet other mums whilst focusing on you and your goals. You will be building strength, improving fitness levels and regaining core and Pelvic floor strength through safe effective circuit style classes.

Online

Fitness and Nutrition coaching available online customized to fit in around your lifestyle and goals. You will have all the benefits of the 1-1 attention but built around your schedule. Through weekly calls, goal setting, and accountability ensuring you are meeting targets and goals.

    Hello lovelies, I'm Michelle originally from Ireland but now I park myself in central London, a mum of 2 pre-preschoolers, a bride to be(2021) a Women's Nutritionist & Personal trainer, and a red wine lover! My passion is empowering women such as yourself through the noisy space of Nutrition and Fitness. Having experienced various fertility problems over the course of 6 years I embarked on a journey of self discovery absorbing everything I could find on the female body. Learning how hormones, movement, and mindset influence 99% of what we want to achieve in our lives. It certainly did for me, becoming a proud mama bear in 2015. So whether that is walking a 5km, running a marathon, becoming a mum. I have helped women achieve all of these and more. No magic formula just working with your body, not against.
