About Michelle Walsh
Hello lovely … to tell you a little about my now and my then. After 25 years in Sydney and London, we made the life-changing decision to return home to the south west of Ireland in 2023,two young children and my New Zealand husband in tow.
I was craving a slower, more connected life. More time outdoors, more presence with my family… and a way of living that truly supported my mental and hormonal health.
But my work with women didn’t start there.
Over five years, I experienced four miscarriages, including a devastating loss at 20 weeks. It left me physically exhausted and emotionally overwhelmed. At the time, I felt like my body was failing me and I struggled to find real support or clear answers.
So I began searching for them myself.
